SMS Terms and Terms of Service

These terms apply to primepathsystems.com and to the text message (SMS) programs run by Prime Path Systems LLC ("Prime Path Systems," "we," "us"), an operations support firm for fiber contractors based in Odenville, Alabama. By using our website or joining one of our text programs, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our text message programs

We run two separate text programs.

1. Prime Path Systems business texts

Sent from (205) 729-7687. This program sends customers, contractors, and leads who opt in:

  • appointment and service reminders;
  • quotes;
  • job and project updates;
  • billing and document requests; and
  • support replies.

It sends promotional offers only to people who separately opt in to marketing texts.

Message frequency: Account and service texts vary, up to 10 messages per month. Marketing texts are up to 4 messages per month.

How you join:

  • the optional checkbox or checkboxes on our website contact form;
  • a signed customer or contractor onboarding document that contains the SMS consent clause; or
  • texting START to (205) 729-7687.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Texts may contain links to primepathsystems.com pages, such as quotes, invoices, and documents. We do not use public link shorteners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Lumi household reminders

  • Sent from: (205) 386-2633
  • What it is: Reminders and alerts from Lumi, our internal assistant, about bill due dates, appointments, school events and schedule changes. Recipients can also text in bills, appointments and schedule details, and Lumi replies to confirm.
  • Who receives it: This is a private program limited to the owner of Prime Path Systems LLC and one authorized adult household member. There is no public sign-up. Each recipient gives consent in person and then confirms by texting START to (205) 386-2633. More details are at primepathsystems.com/sms.
  • Message frequency: Up to 60 messages per month. Frequency varies.
  • This program sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Prime Path Systems does not charge for these text messages.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at Joe@primepathsystems.com or 205-684-1082.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more texts from that program unless you rejoin. To rejoin, reply START.

Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other. Reply STOP to each number you want to stop.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any product or service. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP or let us know so we stop texting it.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and coverage, and messages may be delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control.

Privacy

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Website use

The content on primepathsystems.com is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site or try to interfere with it. The site is provided "as is," and to the extent allowed by law, Prime Path Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. For material changes to a text program, we will notify current subscribers.
