I’m Joe Fry, founder of Prime Path Systems. Over the past 14 years, I’ve grown from a broadband technician troubleshooting connections in the field to leading construction teams, managing multiple offices, and directing fiber operations.
Coordinating crews, overseeing projects and budgets, reviewing invoices, and documenting completed work taught me how closely the field and office depend on each other. I’ve also seen what slows them down: information entered twice, details buried in messages, and hours spent chasing paperwork.
That experience led me to build applications and connect systems around the way people actually work. I bring an understanding of both the physical job and the information behind it to practical tools for field reporting, billing, project tracking, and team coordination.
