Prime Path Systems LLC ("Prime Path Systems," "we," "us") is an operations support firm for fiber contractors, based in Odenville, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to primepathsystems.com and to our text message (SMS) programs.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email us, call us, or work with us, we may collect your name, company, email address, mobile phone number, and the content of your message.
- Text message information. If you agree to receive texts from us, we keep your mobile number, the date, time and method of your consent, and the messages you send to and receive from us.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, our site host may automatically log technical details such as your browser type, device, IP address and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- provide our services, including project, billing and scheduling updates;
- send the text messages you agreed to receive and process your replies (including HELP and STOP requests);
- keep records of your consent; and
- run, secure and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- These limits cover both text programs: Prime Path Systems business texts from (205) 729-7687, including a separate marketing opt-in, and Lumi household reminders from (205) 386-2633.
- The exclusions above apply to all categories of information sharing described in this policy.
- We share mobile numbers and message content only with the service providers that deliver our text messages (such as our SMS platform provider and wireless carriers), and only so the messages can be sent and received.

When we share information
Apart from the SMS limits above, we share information only:
- with service providers that help us run our business (for example, email, hosting and messaging providers), who may use it only to provide services to us;
- when required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect our rights, safety or property; or
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are never transferred to a third party for its own use.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as required to show compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Email: Ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
- Access or deletion: You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
